Default [Poll] Blu-ray - Should they include...

...a workprint similar to the xmen origins wolverine which was leaked? as a special feature/hidden easter egg feature.

I personally would buy the blu-ray soley for this purpose, to see a movie with half finished cgi and annotations.

As a second disc, maybe. Or maybe as a new edition like "production edition" or something.

harry potter 6 does this. its 'enhanced viewing mode' or something. where a little box pops up in the bottom corner when something major happens. For instance, how they filmed the bridge scene at the start, and how all the buildings exploded the cgi effects etc etc.

They don't want you to see the workprint, for a start it would include music they don't have the rights to, so they couldn't put it on a disc, and it's somewhat too revealing.

I find unfinished movies astounding, to see all the things you wouldn't normally see such as unfinished special effects and such, Wouldnt it just be as easy as including no music?
for me even if they slapped on an extra £5 to the price tag id still purchase it with complete and utter satisfaction

I would prefer they use the entire disc capacity to increase the picture quality instead of these extras. Like they had to do with Avatar.

That's a cop out. The only reason Avatar has been released without any special features is so people buy it again when it gets re-released in November, which will no doubt include the "extra footage" that is being tagged on to the theatrical re-release this summer.

Unfortunately for you, H00P, this won't ever happen. They don't want you to see the unfinished product. The closest you'll get is the extras that show shots before the CGI was put in, usually time-delayed stills.
