Its a large hosting account wich allows you to sell parts of it off for profit, so allows people be become hosts without owning there own servers etc.

dosnt look like it to me, it just looks like spam, no one cairs if you have hosting or not, people only cair if theres a site on it, and the word wewt, dosnt realy class as anything but quite frankly pure spam.
