If you look hard enough you could, everyone who uses an apple device like that without first thinking it through will have a self righteous blog or something with their photo on it.

I'm sure the majority bought it because they simply wanted one?

Most people buy it to 'show off' and because it's a apple related product. Nothing fantastic really, I'm sure there's smartphones out there that can do exactly similar things to the ipad.. difference is, the size of the screen.

Apple products are way overpriced and unjustified.

As what someone said earlier, it would be interesting to see how many people bought it, and then bought it back... :rolleyes:

Obviously not everyone bought it to take it back, and yeah Apple are stupidly overpriced, though they make quality products.

Not flash! But in all seriousness the higher screen resolution would appeal to me if not for the existance of wvga HTC smartphones. Why not go buy one and find out. I can see that its very easy for most people in this thread to moan about the ipad but really, most of you are primarily Microsoft men and have never used ipads before anyway!

I'm depending on it. I just bought a Nexus One several weeks ago and have been on Android since release.
