    Question Expandable Div Problem +REP

    http://danrogerson.com/test1/portfolio.php

This views fine in IE but i'm having problems with it in FireFox. When the content is limited it's fine but the point of this design is to have an extendable page.

    http://danrogerson.com/test1/styles/style2.css for the css file.

    Looks fine for me (Firefox/ubuntu).

Unless the "s" is meant to be in the div?

yes, the s is supposed to be in the div, also you'll notice that it seems to overlap the footer and makes the links on the left unclickable. Open it in IE to see what i'm aiming to make it look like.

It seems by floating the main div to the left it fixes the problem, however this still makes it float to the left which I don't want.

How can I clear the float so that it still has the same defining effects but won't move the div?

Edit: Fixed, thanks all! +REP to those who posted.
