I suggest you PS3 guys use this site every so often, the 360 equivalent keep quite up to date with stuff like this and generally provide a lot of info.
"LittleBigPlanet 2 has now been officially confirmed and the first juicy details are spilled in the June issue of Game Informer, which has a massive feature on Media Molecule's huge PS3 DIY LBP follow-up.
The most exciting of these newly unveiled details reveals that the sequel will allow players to fabricate not only their own platform games, but also games from a variety of other genres including racing games, puzzle games, role-playing games, 2-D Space Invader style shoot 'em ups and even real-time strategy games, wouldja believe?
According to a recount of the magazine's report on the NeoGAF forum, "A Media Molecule developer has created a fully-functioning Command & Conquer clone" using the new tool set.
That's not all though. You'll also be able to create short cinematics and cut scenes by manipulating the cameras and you'll be able to record your own audio too.
There will also be a programmable Sackbot enemy unit with a "direct control seat" option that will enable you to customise your own controls for both Sackboy and his enemies as well as vehicles. There's also a massive grappling hook joining the MGS paint gun from the first game.
"But what about all that amazing stuff I spent ages making on LittleBigPlanet 1!" we hear you scream. Calm down! You'll be able to import all of your created levels, costumes and DLC over to LittleBigPlanet 2."
