Don't think it'll be until next week now. I think they'll merge us on Monday. Giving us the crystal patch over the weekend.

Surprised it wasn't today really. Maybe next week, I doubt they'd do it tomorrow because then it could ultimately affect the weekend.

Probably will be a few problems going on, with the weekend being the most popular time they won't want to lose revenue over it. If the sites going up and down so on, could cause a lose of profit for the firm, i agree sometime next week is most likely now.

This is what I've been told by a Sulake employee. I don't really understand it. It might be rubbish but I thought I'd post anyway. I would post the chat logs but not allowed to do so. You may remember I posted about the merge before it was announced, that was because the same person who told me about it told me this. Anyway, I'm not sure if this is publicly known.

+ All UK Office Staff will be made redundant from their current roles (Lost_witness etc) Although, they might be offered promotions within sulake itself.

+ All Moderators have been made redundant and he said "all moderators are going to SG" - whether this means they're moderating the SG time zone or something, not sure. I think they might have been offered this or redundancy. Wasn't made clear.

+ Another thing is that the staff member who told me this originally feared Sulake was going into liquidation. I can't remember exactly what was said as he was only able to do this through text because he would've lost his job if I'd released anything. So I imagine this is the last roll of the dice.

That's actually quite a strange thought. If Habbo did actually go under, the amount of people that would have wasted their money over the years would surely be phenomenal. Very interesting points though!

If you search for threads by me in Habbo In General and read "The beginning of the end" then you'll see I told people about the merge on here before it happened also. In fact, I was told by then current staff to write it as he wanted to leak it in a way that can't get back to him. No wonder they changed all passwords straight away so he couldn't have any access, lol!

Just found something interesting on Sulakes website, it refers to the revenue made for the first part of this year, it seems they have made quite a good revenue and profit from 2010 so far. My question if they are making money as the system stands right now, the company can't be in as bad position everyone is making out that they are in. So the merge is very weird now you think about it, i mean yer its still probably profit based, but according to this they're still making a lot of money. Something is not quite right here?

They have a lot of debt though and are struggling to meet interest payments. Once they've paid thousands of staff etc.
