    at the back is feeling real sharp and its never felt like that before. only started in the last few days

    I chipped one of my back, bottom tooth ages ago.

    Its very sharp and cuts my tongue.

    It could be a chipped tooth or a sharp pice of food that you ate that got stuck up there :L but I would go to the dentist if I were you.
