How long does it take (if i buy the fish or w/e) to get 1-55 cooking? 1-2 hours? and how much?

It wouldn't take very long, I suppose. Two, three hours or something along those lines. Maybe less.

For price, I'm not sure... around 400-600k, I guess?

I would suggest buying materials from the GE and making pizzas, but high quantitys of cheese is dead hard to find on the Grand Exchange; you could try going to the Bandit Camp but its awfully dangerous and long. I used to buy/fish tuna and cook them; although you do lose money its pretty much quick and effortless.

what i meant was buy the anchovies and pizza base (cooked) then i just add the fish and it makes the anchovy pizza this also makes profit if i fish the fish

Wouldn't that take you ages to advance level...
Assuming you mean Plain Pizza instead of Pizza Base (as you would need to add the cheese and tomato to this...), you need to be at 55 cooking and by just adding an anchovy you get 39xp...
