Such as 'I dont agree with his/her views therefore they arent entitled to being rewarded' - from a personal point i'm not really all that fussed, I just dont think it very professional for a site like Habbox which often states how professional it is. Oh and its not really fair to members who may put a lot in but just dont happen to have the same views as those nominating them.

As I said above, every Moderator gets a vote and they all have conflicting views. Personal opinion or views does not come into it on a grander scale because Moderators aren't that robotic in that they share identical opinions. On an individual basis of course it's going to have some bias, that's natural but it's not decided by individuals but a multitude of people.

As I said in my above post, we do decide on that basis. What I am saying that it is impossible for us to claim that there is absolutely no human nature and their maybe slight bias on an individual basis. This, however, is eradicated as the voting is done by all (Super Moderators), the Forum Manager and has input from myself and often MattGarner.

It's important to also note that MoTM is decided on the basis of categories. Activity in one forum within a category may not always be enough, we prefer members who contribute broadly across the whole category (normally).
