next time u think about apps, pick like 15 and then hold another audition on skype but put it on the radio and at the end the listeners pick which ( however many your looking to hire) are the ones they think are good and want to be made staff

i think this isn't a great idea, there's room for bias and bribery, all they have to do is get their 'buds' to tune in and they're in? :S

That's not a good idea as it could be more of a popularity contest with the 'auditionees' getting people to tune in to vote, that would just suck because it doesn't prove they have talent.

Having over 3 People on the radio, is bad Enough nevermind 15.
It would create tremendous problems, as well as it wouldnt sound very professional.
