Can i get a program or a online thing where I can get something written on the pictures that I upload, so like I upload a pics of summer stuffs and it atuo adds www.blahblah.com on the image

and what is a free blogger i can use to host it on my site?

Well it doesnt look too hard lol. All you would have to do is set the image background as the background you want (dont know how myself lol) then user

To add your links. If you wanna do it manually, paint, fireworks, photoshop
