Its a nice layout but im not going to lie i cannot stand casinos with big rooms imo i think they should be kept to smaller rooms so it doesnt look as odd

Sort of nice room, I think you should stack plants or something instead of Lodges Plinths.
A couple of Lodge Plinths would be ok, but there is way to many there.

No, keep the underwater tiles, petals are over-rated
I love the fans and dragons, very colourful
