Did you watch the video I posted on the previous page in the spoiler? Thats just a taste of the epicness. If you didn't watch it leave it for now though. It'll be more amazing when you see it in the film.

Also, reading the description of the final fight on wikipedia is hilarious. It talks about how Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann's drill was the size of a universe and then says "when collided with a similar and equal attack from the Super Grand Zamboa, it caused the very universe the fight was held in to collapse on itself as a side-effect caused by the ripples from their drills."

"It has been confirmed in the data books that the Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is more than 10 million light years in height, which makes it more than one hundred times the diameter of the Milky Way Galaxy" and apparently Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is "approximately 50 times larger than its preceding form".

You simply can not get anymore epic than Gurren Lagann.

Started watching Darker than Black after planning to for aaages. First 2 episodes are good so far.

Ah i watched that, it could have been the fact i was tired (watch anime at night so..) or didn't think very much, but i didnt completely understand it. I did like the action though. might give it a second watch when im not tired

Not so confusing so far, something about the stars being fake, a wall being built around Tokyo, stars being related to contractors, dolls having no personalities etc.

Yer i got that. It's the wall thing i didnt quite understand, but when u watch some more u can explain :p i think i did read aobut it on wikipedia later and it made sense. I dont know, i think i was/am just being blonde.
