Found flights with FlyMonarch, departing Birmingham at 2:10PM - £131

And for your return, departing Larnaca at 9:30PM - £112

Neither are cheap but what do you expect with no flexibility, late bookings and peak season!

If u find the cheapest online print it off and take it into the co-op or thompson [might be thomas cook] but they will beat the cheapest flight so you can get it even cheaper

I have had a look and there are no cheaper ones than the ones below:
The others are in the 300-400 pounds region.

Try playing around with that to get the deal I found. If you want to find even cheaper, I suggest a bit more flexibility with the dates and maybe flying to other airports in Cyprus or from other airports in the UK.

I found some flights returning from Larnaca to a London airport for a bit below £100, dunno if that'd be an option for you.
