Weird Science Guy [PLEASE READ]

Ok, I signed into Habbo after being off for say an hour and a half and when i go into a room this guy appeared... Im unsure what it means and nobody else has it :S Does anyone have the same problem?

UPDATE: It appears on my screen all the time now :S Even when im reloading a room...
