It's more suitable for lower levels as they can now hit say 54 which before would have been 0, even if it was reigstered as 99 before it would be 0 as runescape floors everything.

Only got 160k but it's better than nothing. Got a nice slayer + clue loot going atm. Had enough for the night, got quite a bit of slayer xp today.

just got 50k slayer xp from the effigies i had in bank, got them done in like 10 mins in the end. 80k off next level now.
