Rarely, usually only for special occasions and stuff - I absolutely hate roast dinner +o(!

Special occasions with my whole family... used to have it every week before my gran died..

Every week. Maybe the odd week in the year (say a birthday/ easter w.e) and we don't have it.
Usually some kind of meat, potatoes, carrots all that jazz
Sounds like someone wants to get.... funky.
