Some fatty in a room watching a screen won't take long. Everybody could see the ball crossed the line on the live stream, the fatty could just radio down that its over and the ref gives it. A matter of moments.

yeah but being offside would mean the linesman would put his flag up and the game would stop - most of the time before the player puts the goal in the net. if you refer that, what happens? or every time play would have to continue until a referral is made or not. would be stupid. i suppose you could appeal if a goal went against you, but you couldnt do it for a goal that you thought youd scored.Er with offsides it would work exactly like it does when they show you if they actually were offside. They get that within seconds of it actually happening all you need is someone sitting in a room analyzing play and telling the ref what is right and wrong. Not with fouls unless refered but you can tell when you need it or not. It's common sense
goodbye.
