Blood was constantly overused and the sexuality was smutty. Granted, some of the TV14 content was good, but I don't see the problem with going back to their child-friendly roots.

It wouldn't be that bad going back to it, if they actually had good storylines and good characters, but they don't really.

Blood and sex don't make for good characters. Blame creative. If you want to see smut and gore, watch CZW.

I'm saying if they actually had good characters and good storylines then the lack of gore e/t/c wouldn't make a big difference. But they don't so the lack of gore e/t/c just adds to the decline of WWE.

TBH, i think WWE went downhill after the attitude era. Perhaps because my favorite wrestlers left, or just the gimmicks sucked/new wrestlers came in.. i dunno.
