So I am sure that at school, home, and in advertisements you see and hear things about nutrition and being healthy. In my life I think that being healthy is vital, along with eating the right things and nutrition. You would be surprised to how many people dont care about nutrition and what they eat.
Being a teen, it can be hard to eat properly and get all the vital nutrients you need. It is sometimes gross to see what people eat and buy at school. Nowadays the cheap, good tasting food is crappy for you, hence more people buy it due to taste and enjoyment. For example, if you have a meal at McDonalds you will usually become hungry around 1-2 hours after. But if you have a home made dinner, say pasta and vegtables, you wont be hungry for a while. It is just disgusting that people dont care about others and put nasty products in food just to make it taste better.
Your body is dependent on the natural flow of nutrients and vitamins. If you dont get enough it can lead to minor things, even major problems. If you have ever wondered why you are randomly getting headaches it is usually due to lack of nutrients or you are dehydrated. If you eat a decent meal 4 - 6 times a day you will feel physically & emotionally better.
