Try adding an outline to the hair and maybe restart the shading on it because it doesn't seem very hair like.
But other than the hair I like it, well done.

I've made the outline of the hair really dark brown on the outside, then at the front (face area) I made the brown a bit lighter.
Should I put black outlines around the hair? Is that what you're saying?

I love it, welldone! Better then i could do any day!! (Saying that, i can only do recolours as i am pretty bad at alts!!)
