Quick question about "hacked" iphone/ipod apps..
Why does my pirated/hacked app close immediately when i launch it? Its Texas Hold'em by Apple if that means anything, i've looked and it appears that ALL the files are there still... :S

I have this problem with certain apps. I think it's when people haven't cracked them properly and then upload them.

ah right. i'll try a different source then..
But it also happened with my iGo app. It worked initially, then all of a sudden it just stopped working one day :S?

Most likely a conflict between the game and the software your running? or maybe just poorly cracked.

Are you installing through Installous or iTunes?

perhaps it just doesn't run on iPhone OS 3.1.2? It works fine on an iPod touch 2.2 or something like that...

I'm just going to try installing them through iTunes to see if that helps. Maybe installous isn't installing them properly.

Uninstall cracked app. Uninstall a free App from your iPhone. Turn off iPhone. Turn on iPhone. Install free app that you uninstalled. Turn off iPhone. Turn on iPhone. Re-Install cracked game.
