I'm never any good at the shoes or hair so I left them alone, well the hair i messed with a little lol

The hair is good, but maybe you should try to put some highlights in the "extenstion"
Face and dress is also very fine, maybe try to work a little with the shadows there too. And the shadows on the heart doesn't make sense

It's not too bad for someone of your standard. You just need to start shading properly tbh and some line art, the top of the dress doesn't seem right...

That looks really good, but i would look at re-doing the dress up the top + recolouring the dress.

I think the hair should be a little lighter when flowing down.
But overall I quite like it.
