I have sent emails. I would much rather prefer calling Sulake, although turns out they don't even cover long distance charges for Canada.

I understand how angry you are, at the moment as I was banned unfairly too recently. Calling Sulake won't help as they will not and wont help bans over the phone. The help team also have a backlog of issue due to the merge so just be patient and you will get unbanned, I'm sure!
