Probably a corrupted file. Just reinstall.
Are you able to open the app and use it for a few seconds before it closing? If that's what you meant then it's probably a memory problem.

nope, it shows the default.png page for maybe 0.5-1 second then it closes :S. i have 40+mb of memory!

Try doing a dirty install instead of clean via Installous. My best guess is that when the iPod tries to update the file it corrupts it since it's pirated.

It does the same with iTunes... I think this is just an iOS4 error and certain applications not running it from doing a bit of research.
