Looks ok, a little bit basic.
I think it would look good on a vBulletin maybe?
Also, what's going on with top left of banner?

Some boxes dont even line up properly, maybe by about a pixel but its still noticable

I don't know if it was just my computer, or if a sever had gone down before, but I couldn't see it then.
But back on topic, looks very basic but good. Some people try to go too.. non-basic? And it makes things too complicated. This is good!

Not sure for use on a forum, could do with some more work to show how the threads would look or the actual listings. Would make a great fansite layout though!
