Hey, someone sent me the : ) (without a space) emotion on MSN but it looked different so I decided to add it to test it, but now I can't remove it, it just has the option to pin and the emotion is really annoying.
I re-installed but it's still there, anyone have a clue?

In a chat window click the emoticon options button then find your way through there. I could help you out a bit more but I'd need to know what version you're using.

If you need to remove a emotion, open chat and go on emotions and scroll down to custom emotions. Find the emotion and click it once and at the side underneath create click.

It's showing the right emotion but when I insert it, it does this one:
And it doesn't let me delete it.
