Where's my My Darn Password?

About two-three weeks ago, I sent off for my password to be reset, but only after i submitted i realised I should of just sent a reminder. I sent off for a few reminders after that, and asked for it to be reset again. I have received nothing. After about a week, I checked again, nothing. I sent off again, nothing. I went on holiday for a week and a half. When I came back, still nothing. Yes, it is the email I registered with. No, it is not in my spam/junk/old/recently deleted email folder. I'm locked out of my account.

This is similar to Ste. 's problem.

Well yesterday i reset my password as i forgoton it, i done it 5- 6 ish this morning [ can't remember as i was half sleeping ] well i havn't recieved an email saying what the new one is and is locked out of my account [ -73 ]

any ideas on why i havn't recieved an email back?

Hey , Im not sure why You cant recieve your Password. Theres a Few things concerning me which may be a problem for you. If you havent recieved an email yet, including your password it could be for the following reasons.

1) Your Using Hotmail/Msn adress which Habbo Dont reply to, Even though for password reminders they should automaticly.
2) You May of got it that day you sent it, and not checked your Junk Mail, which habbo emails can get put under as there Auto Reply's, And as youv waited 5/6 days , NOTE: Some emails get deleted automaticcly from junk mail after 3 days.

3)AOL Adresses Do not recieve Emails From HabboHotel.


4) I suggest You Try to send it again, If Not make a new account and reply too habbo stating everything thats happened. give as much detail to proove its you, Remember dont use an AOL or Hotmail/msn account because you wont recieve a reply.

Uhuh! Ok Best thing now to do is to email habbo via another account (not hotmail,Msn or AOL) for example wanadoo, gmail, yahoo or another Email provider, make a new account and use one of them emails, email Habbo via the Help tool and explain how you are using AOL and its what you egistered with. Just remember you need to give as much info as possible so they can verify it is you.

Bans on account (what for, when)
(past emails)
(if you bought credits, and when)
