    Yeah, I'd just chill for about 30mins - 45mins before bed with a new relaxing bath prior to that!

    Don't eat within 2 hours before sleep, don't exercise, chill out, no caffeine, don't drink too much.

    I beg to differ. If I go eat something and get a Milo or a drink like that (no caffeine) I'll doze off right to sleep.

    Apparently hot milk helps you sleep. The warmth and the tryptophan released both make you relaxed
