You should check out Blade Runner, that is one of the best sci-fi movies ever made. The Thing is also worth watching, despite being absolutely disgusting.

well, I don't think it's that good, but you could try cloverfield? Jeepers creepers is alright. Can't think of any others at the moment.

Moon was so so much better than I expected it to be, not usually a fan of that sort of film but it was brilliant so definitely agree with that. Also Space Jam.
