Its good, maybe have more activites in the blank spaces to fill it up abit.
I really like the basketball pitch and swimming pool

I like the diving bit and the pool but I dont understand the basket ball bit? Gyms are normally inside but yet you have outside furniture in it? If that makes sense. You should try and add something to make it more gym like?
