    Default eurgh :(

Some disabled person hit my car as i was pulling out of a junction that was a complete blind spot. I was literally stationary when she hit me. Obviously i'll lose the insurance case because it's her right of way, but so pissed off

In my opinion when disabled people or old people for that matter are involved in car accidents they should be forced to take there tests again. Hope you're ok and gl with the insurance.

Well, at least your safe? My mum's disabled and drives fine. She's never had a crash that was her fault.
But I'm sure you'll get your car fixed.

how fast was she going? gutted for you dude, it looks like you only need a new wing and bumper, but you might even be able to bodge the bumper back on!

i'm the star in the reasonably priced car!

Yeah i'm hoping to be able to pull the dent out on the wing, will leave a few creases but I can't afford to get a new one haha heading down the scrappy on friday to see what i can find though. Going to fibreglass the crack in the bumper, then i'll be able to get that back on and clean it up need a new headlight though, both brackets have cracked and the seal has been broken shouldn't cost to much to repair
she was probably doing about 15-20 by the time she had hit me, i was doing 0mph, which really annoyed me. when my insurance rang me, they automatically said i was liable without even questioning what had had happened, so i dunno what the woman involved told them ;/
on another note, longest post i've written in a long time..
