    I punch and kick things in my room, or just trash it completely.
    Then get even more angrier because my dad shouts at me for it.

    I don't get angry generally meaning when I do it's completely unlike me. Usually I won't do much, probably just get anyone away from me and sit down for 10 or so minutes listening to some music. I should really do something which really lets it all out or I'll probably get something medically bad.

    I got alot of testosterone naturally so when i was growing up i used to loose it quite badly,

    it scares alot of people because it's like a different side of me as i'm usually calm, chilled and then i explode lol

    i watched skins like few months ago my anger kinda relates to jj's he seems all calm and then just gets an outburst

    but the last time i felt like kicking off i just went outside and waited for my adrenaline to go down so i guess by age you learn to combat it

    I hardly ever get angry (never properly angry, i'd describe it as annoyed and even that seldom occurs with me) and I never feel the need to punch/hit/kick something. If I do become annoyed it'll only last for a few minutes at most.

    I normally snap a pencil or bite my finger really hard which I heard is a form of self harm.

    go watch telly, go for a walk - if it's just a minor annoyance I tend to complain about it and then get on with it. Blasting music loudly too is good.

    Generally it takes an enormous amount to make me explode.

    i get angry really easily and i normally just cry to let it all out loool
