Finished another, and i think ive improved a lot since my last layout (thanks to the power of photoshop)

Looking quite good, but if I were you, I would make the headers into break-change.. An easy example of this is the Habbox Site Skin, look at the orange content headers. They take a light orange and dark orange, and split it in the middle. Do this with your light green and dark green, etc. and it will improve the look greatly. I see lots of potential in your work!
