Welcome to your weekly summary of what has been happening around the Kazopark tree, and parks!

IT'S THAT BETA TIME!

This week's Kazopark Weekly is going to be based all around the Kazopark BETA!

From July 30th at:

18:00* (BST, London, UK)
10:00* (PDT, Los Angeles, USA)
13:00* (EDT, Ottawa, Canada)
03:00* (EST, Canberra, Australia)

You will be able to register a username or login as a Guest and use Kazopark to its full extent! As with every BETA, you should expect to see bugs and we would appreciate it if you could report any and all bugs to us through this section that has been setup specifically for our BETA testers. We have several bugs that we are aware of, and are expected to be fixed this week. We are anticipating our BETA will last for 4 weeks.

Please be aware that trading is NOT enabled and this is not a bug. We will be implementing our trading system with the conclusion of our BETA, along with several other features that are not yet live.

We are aware of the following issues with the current build and are actively working to get a fix live as soon as possible:

• Interacting with objects is non-functional (sitting down, turning lights on and off).
• Free items from the Catalogue are labelled as "0", and not "Free".
• All clothing is not yet enabled.

We would like to take this time to welcome you to the Kazopark BETA and look forward to hearing your feedback and bug reports - Don't forget, we'll be rewarding those that help the most!

GUEST AND MEMBER - WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?!

Once you load Kazopark you will be presented with three options

• Guest
• Register
• Login

Guest
Becoming a Guest will log you into Kazopark with a randomly generated string of numbers at the end of your name (Guest12345 for example). Guests will time-out after 5 minutes of inactivity, such as not talking or moving. Guests are unable to purchase any items, including items that cost '0' or clothing that has a price - Guests can, however, use all clothing that is free and create their own Treehouses.

Register

By registering you are enabling yourself to fully enjoy Kazopark, as well as making your own unique name! You will need to enter in a valid email address (you will login with this) and then you will be asked to select a name - This can be anything that isn't already taken. You must agree to our Terms and Conditions and agree to being over 13 before Continue will light up.

You should now check your email for your computer generated password - Once you have got it (it should come instantly!) simply refresh Kazopark and enter your information by pressing the Login tab.

If you wish for Kazopark to remember your username, simply tick "Remember me" - Congratulations, you're now registered and logged into Kazopark!


FINDING YOUR WAY AROUND

Kazopark is very simple to find your way around. Once you are logged in as either a Guest or a Member, you can select whether you wish to visit the Treehouses, or Public Rooms.

Public Room
The Public Rooms are visible underneath the tree and you can select which you'd like to go into by rotating the tree pressing between "Summer", "Spring", "Winter" and "Autumn". There is also a 5th, more hidden Public Room...

Treehouses
The Treehouses are very easy to get into, and all you have to do is select the top of the tree and the menu will pop up. Clicking a room will take you inside of it. Easy!

BUILDING YOUR TREEHOUSES

Don't worry; it's easier than it sounds. Once you press on the top of the tree to find which Treehouses you want to visit, you can also press on "Create Room". Pressing this will bring up a list of possible rooms you'd like to create - Simply select which, type the name and you're done!

You will be unable to edit the name or layout of your treehouse once you create it, so be careful! All users will be limited to 5 Treehouses during the BETA and will deactivate if not entered for 31 days. This limit may be changed with the conclusion of our BETA after stability tests. You can always delete a treehouse by pressing the cross button.

ADDING FRIENDS

Adding Friends is easy - Simply click the green person button! You will now be able to Teleport to the room that they are in, or invite them to your own.

All friends in the same room as you will have a silver star to show that you know this person.

GETTING HELP

If you are ever in trouble within Kazopark getting help is easy - Simply select the user that is causing a problem to you, and press the red card button. Explain your situation and a Moderator will appear momentarily and assist you with your problem. Any user with a gold leaf is a trained Kazopark Moderator - This badge is visible both on the profile of the Moderator, and inside the room.

We will also from July 30th be looking into all applications that have been sent in through the past few weeks, as well as any new applications that come in. If you’re thinking about applying, or have already applied, please bear in mind that you must meet all of the criteria.

CREDITS - HOW CAN I BUY THEM

Credits are charged at 1 penny each and can be bought from the Credits page. You must be a registered member to purchase credits as you will be required to enter the email linked to the account you wish to pay for. Payments are taken by SMS and PayPal from the UK, USA and Australia and only PayPal with all other EU countries.

You can always see how many credits you have and access the Credits page by selecting the Credits button on your profile from within Kazopark.

BUYING ITEMS AND INVENTORY

Within Kazopark we allow users to enhance their experience by purchasing items and clothing to make their rooms and characters look amazing. Whilst many of the clothing is free within Kazopark, certain items have a small charge - You will need to use credits to purchase these items from your profile.

The Catalogue is where you can browse through all of the available items and select which you would like to buy - The top number is the price in Credits, the bottom number is how many you have in your inventory.

You will always be asked to confirm your purchase before it goes through.

MOVING AROUND

Kazopark uses a simple Point and Click system in order to move around our rooms. Simply select the tile that you would like to walk to, and click! If you hear a sound it's because you're clicking on a tile that can not be walked on.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT

Kazopark has announced that we will be offering another layer of customer support to our users - By telephone. This system is in place to help our users that require urgent help, advice or have questions about Kazopark that can't wait for a reply by email. We will be accepting all issue requests through our phone support, and open times are displayed on the Phone Contact page.

Calls are charged and are not inclusive under any call package, so please do ask the bill payers permission before calling.

FINAL NOTE OF THE WEEK

We look forward to testing along side you inside Kazopark! We will be making regular updates to the client, so you may notice minor changes from time to time. We will try to keep you informed whenever a change is made.

Please be aware that our BETA does not launch until July 30th, at the above given times - If you opted to sign up for the BETA you will be able to register slightly earlier to allow you to claim the username you wish to have. Information about this will be sent to the email that was used to signup.

We would also like to remind users that this is a BETA test, and not a finished product. As such, we would appreciate any and all feedback to be sent in through the provided form.
