I really really dislike the layout we have and the furni used in it. It has no character at all and I really think a new one should be made. I think the idea of Nixt owning the desk is great and it'd be easier because Jin's rarely online.

Having someone that can own the Help Desk who is a regular Habbo user would be so much more efficient for the department I think. Things could get done quicker and bans could be easily distributed (kick and ban) which would prevent trouble makers for 15 minutes, then another 15, then another, rather than kick kick kick kick.

Exactly, kill two birds with one stone. We get a nicer room and it's more efficient for the HxHD dept! Sounds like a great idea to be but I'm not sure it'll happen..

I think management should listen to this idea as it can't harm the department, it can only make it stronger.

Jin owning the Help Desk only slows things down. If the room needed to be unlocked, changed or bans needed to be issued and Jin was away, then you'd be screwed.

Arguably yes but it doesn't matter too much as long as they're active seeing as all General Management have a role of representing Habbox on Habbo. Ultimately the main concern is ensuring that an active member of General Management (and really that does account for every one of us) owns it then it's problem solved. Roxy probably has the most furni out of all of us because she also has a significant amount of Habbo furni but that issue could be solved regardless if Jin gives the new owner the furni.

All that really matters is a new and active owner has the HD so it can be regularly updated and moderation can be made easier, as that is our overriding and primary concern at the moment as room moderation is becoming very difficult to achieve.

Jin has been contacted regarding a change of ownership and as soon as one of us see him online (and I think he is popping on soon, before he goes away for a big chunk of time) we can discuss a change in layout to fit in with a summer theme. A change in ownership should perhaps come in a quieter period for example in September .

I agree that someone who spends more time online should be the owner of HxHD. Because, if a member of superstaff have quit or they have been fired and :Jin: is never online, rights will not be taken away. Also, it would be easier to ban people from rooms, instead of kicking them constantly. Overall, it would just create a more efficient deptartment!
