the call for help in the client is quite good for me :/ cause on the day of michael's mario karts event, like 4 people came in advertising a scam site so I reported them via the CFH line saying " ....... - is giving out links to scam sites" and they got banned (most likely permed) a minute later

Both the new and old help tool doesn't work for me. I choose other then other for the drop down options for problems but my request never actually get sent!

for me you don't need to write long detailed ones. and normally i don't say what the website was due to habbo mods being right idiots.
