Basically someone who cares for you, a soul mate in a way. You don't need to go with someone who has the same likes and dislikes (which is impossible but you may find someone who is alot like you), mainly because would you like to suffer someone the same as you and you don't really need to have the same personality.

Someone who you can tell secrets to and understand how you are feeling is a good start and someone who aksks for companionship and understanding is also good, someone you can go to when you are hurt, upset or need company really.

Well I'm only 12, I haven't experienced love yet.

I don't want to, not at my age. I'd rather wait till I'm around 17-18. I don't want to get into a young relationship (ie, 13-14) because I've got a whole life. I won't even THINK about getting married until I'm atleast 25. Getting married at 18 is stupid.
