Plus were just finishing the system getting ready for Beta before the emails go out although we did plan to send them tonight

No, but find out if motherboard comes with sata cables, if not buy 2 sata cables aswell for the hard drive + optical drive as they don't come with them, i know most mobos ship with them but i've never checked cheaper mobos.

Could also upgrade to E6500 for 8.50 or something

Easy. If you can go a little over budget you might consider a graphics card.

Yeh i could go a bit other but its just a basic PC really for internet, word, spreadsheets ect... not games and stuff

You'll be fine without then.

If you're willing to spend a little more you might consider a faster processor
