Default Argh! Help sort out my eating pattern. [+repz]

HEY GUYZ. I APOLOGISE FOR THE LONG POST NOW!

I shouldn't come on a habbo forum for this sort of advice, i mean, surely it is common-sense, but like some people here, it has slipped past me on this one.
How do I fix my eating pattern? I know i should eat breakfast, lunch and tea, but i never seem to be able to? I'll explain why now:

Breakfast: I wake up and get out of bed between 1:45 and 2am on work mornings (and between 4:30 and 6am on my days off), yes my sleeping pattern is ruined, but that is because i am a baker. When I get up on my work days I usually have a glass of warm Milo (it has a low GI for longer lasting energy etc).. which "fills" me up until around 5:30-6:30/7AM. As in, I don't feel hungry until between those times. Common-sense says I should have breakfast by then but I can't simply stop working and have something to eat, and I can't eat while I work since it isn't hygienic.
I have tried eating breakfast (cereal or bread etc) but the same thing happens, I still get hungry around the same time. Normally I will try and sneak in something to eat (usually it is something that gets baked off in the morning, which i know i shouldn't but its so much more convenient (for instance a roll, nothing sweet), or I'll have a banana/piece of fruit).

Lunch: For lunch I normally have it around 10-10:30am. That is because we have essentially finished working and I can have something proper to eat. I have tried bringing Birchermuesli which will fill me up until maybe 12:30-1PM where I will get hungry again. I have tried making sandwiches at work from a bread roll (usually a multi-grain/wholemeal one) with ham and cheese, which kinda works for a few hours. The meals i eat are not excessively big, because I know i get hungry or will just eat something later.

Dinner: Recently I have been skipping dinner, or have it early (literally just before i go to bed) which tends to be before 5pm on a work night. I might have a canned soup or I will cook myself something to eat (for instance pasta, or a full meal (like any "normal" family would have) etc). This is usually a big meal because of the smaller ones during the day.

When I get home I don't really do anything since I'm knackered from work, although I do go for a run every 2-3 days, which is minimum 4.3km and lasts about 23 minutes (I use the endomondo app on my phone, that equates to roughly 12km/h)..

So my question is this: How do i fix my eating problem? How do I make the meals I have last longer in my body so i eat "normally"?

First of all you should always have breakfast, you need breakfast
For lunch and dinner you should have slightly bigger meals so it fills you up, try not to have any snacks, or maybe a biscuit or something.
and ouch on the time you have to get up ;O

I don't have breakfast because I am full from dinner though? Would it be smarter to eat dinner earlier and then stay up longer so I'm MORE hungry at breaky?

Yeah you should eat dinner a couple of hours before going to bed to give it time to digest and stuff, how long do you actually sleep?

firstly, you probably shouldn't eat right before you go to sleep since it's kinda bad for you. basically all that energy you consumed will turn into fat/storage, since you arent working it off.

and pasta pasta pasta hahaha, itd be weird to have it for breakfast but if you eat a pretty decent amount of it, im sure you'll be plenty full for a while.

I sleep usually between 8-10 hours. I think thats the amount i should be getting, any less and i feel really tired and just want to keep sleeping!

I've noticed its bad for me, i will attempt to fix this. Perhaps if i have dinner around 3oclock and still go to bed around 4-5? I am pretty much always full at breakfast time from dinner, thats why i have stopped eating it!
