Don't think it is that. Having said that it could appear so. Perhaps there is too much emphasis on growing the forum at the moment and having a referral competition is fine but making them post 5 times is a bit much as it just then seems an exercise to get more posts on the forum. Who is to say that when they have done that they could just leave anyway. This forum has always grown organically it does not need forcefeeding. There are some great initiatives on at the moment and I think they should be concentrated on rather than management asking us how we could attract new members or further posts as it is very unsettling and I do believe will lead to loss of confidence in it so in that respect WOOTZEH is right.
