Thumbs down Chinese Red Knots Gold Bar Scam

This is a popular scam at the moment, not sure if it has already been posted.

    the scam:
    1) A person enters a room asking if anybody has a Chinese Red knot (CRK), commonly in casinos where people are richer. The person asks around and when somebody says they have, he advertises that he wants x number, more than what the seller says they have.
    2) The person claims an incredibly high offer for the CRK saying he will buy at several GB price (eg 200creds). This tempts the gullible victim into wanting to sell to him.
    3) The advertiser gets a friend to enter the room or gets a clone into the room.
    4) This clone advertises that they are selling CRK for a GB and so attracts the victim to quickly buy them and make a quick resale.
    5) The victim buys the CRK for a GB and then goes to sell these to the waiting and silent buyer for the exaggerated price.
    6) Both people bail and the victim is left one GB down and a few CRK up for nothing.

Don't fall for it, I know people who have.

Yes but not everyone knows that. And in the rush of somebody offering a massive sum for them people are sometimes thrown into the trap of wanting to quickly buy
