A lot of questions asked are simply being forwarded to people because the staff don't want to answer. As I say, HxHD is a chore for some people these days..
The only time I redirect somewhere to anywhere is if someone wants to complain about a staff member and I tell them to PM Nixt. If someone asks a value they will often go to habbox.com and tell them the value and then tell them to refer to habbox.com in the future. I've never once see someone in the Help Desk saying there's problems with the radio and the answer they get is "PM ,Jess,".

Personally I hope no help desk staff are opting out of giving rare value inquiring users a run around telling them to check the website. Unless, HxRV management wishes for us to do so in order to promote use of our website. I will talk to Dan squared about the game plan here.

HxHD Staff always attempt to answer it but sadly they don't know technical stuff like they once did. They're told to PM Jess or post in the HabboxLive section...

Better be on the look out then cuz' it happens a lot.... I'm just saying if I wanted to know the value of a blue fan, I'd rather be told it's price than directed to a site :S it is a help desk after all!

Not all staff know rare values inside out, I myself am not a regular trader, however we're all willing to look up values for people when they ask. We usually direct them to habbox.com in order to promote habbox and the rare values department.

but when someone comes into hxhd and asks how much is ____

they don't expect to go through a full website to see '10creds'

it's ok to tell them price THEN say look on habbox for more rare values or semi-up to date or something

but just saying hx.com 4 rvs m8 isnt gd enough

Perhaps I should look into making sure habbox.com/rares works, then we could say something like, "Thrones are worth 1000C on habbox.com/rares". I can append this to our handbook when I am home

Or use the popup version of the rares to find the value and just say Habbox.com

Oh. I was thinking having a quick short link right to the meat of the department might be a good idea as we want to keep instructions simple. I suppose we could say, "according to habbox.com a throne is worth X" so long as the rare values are clearly visible within our homepage
