i meant only a staff member can go to the room and delete the furni. Obviously springmoon didnt own the said room so she couldnt do it, as the only other person who could would be the owner.

It looks client side, so it's no big deal. It's hard to tell whether it's fake or not because sometimes items do appear in front of everything else like the navi, but also someone could easily have made that picture.
