I was thinking of shaving the sides and just having a mohawk, any other suggestions lol

have a fringe then like have it messed up/spikey at top/top back
and shortish at sides

Go to a hairdresser/barber who has a reputation as being a very good cutter of hair and ask their advice first. That's what I would do.
