Some of the reviews have said that the earphones have failed within 6 months, for nearly 25 quid I would expect them to last longer than 6 months.

My first pair broke during summer, but lasted about 10 months so £7 for 10 months isnt too bad. But than again there not nosie reducing, but I like them.

You could also look at the Sennheiser CX-300 IIs, I have them and they are the older, cheaper brother of the CX400s which haven't failed on me in the 7 or 8 months I've had them.

Are they very good quality is the sound base etc very good also.
