Impossible to challenge Asia due to cheaper costs of running, not to mention the fact that Labour has a history of piling on regulation and not to mention the greater fact we are members of the European Union. The above policy 'rebuilding prosperity' also clashes with this, because if you are wanting investment to set up new industry then you need investors to come here and spend the money - taxes and regulations only serves to shun investment away from this country.

Building a sustainable future – putting climate change at the centre of everything we do, including our economic future.
The climate has cooled over the last 10 years, in other words; he wants a non-problem at the centre of everything we do. By economic future, there will be no economic future left is we continue spending billions on subsidising wind turbines.

Foreign policy based on values – not simply our alliances, learning lessons from the mistakes of Iraq.
So i'm guessing he's going to stop trading with China, stop giving aid to Zimbabwe and so on? also, was it not his government which released a terrorist to a dictatorship country (Libya) to help sign oil contracts? is that what he means when he talks about a foreign policy based on values?

Fairness in education – excellent schools in every community and fairer funding in higher education.
Yes, and I can promise you a utopia right now - doesn't mean it'll happen.

Protecting individual liberty – support for measures like CCTV but opposition to unnecessary state intervention in people’s lives, like excessive use of stop and search powers.
Ahh so does that mean a yes to more government databases/ID cards? what about the European Arrest Warrant which breaks the ancient habeus corpus? what about detention without trial (our country can now hold suspects longer than they do in Zimbabwe would you believe!)

A 21st century democracy – support for the Alternative Vote, reform of the House of Lords, votes at 16 and more power for local government.
No proportional representation then, thought not. As for the rest not that it matters anyway because parliament barely sits - it doesn't need to anymore, most of our laws are made on the other side of the English Channel.

Building a movement – more voice for party members and a culture change in the way we do business, with women comprising 50% of the Shadow Cabinet.
Putting peoples gender before ability? isn't that sexism?

    what a great guy
    Mmm.

why the hell are you telling me about which partys are for and against the european union. I said, if you read properly, that i would NOT vote UKIP because they want to leave the EU. I wish to remain with it. Perhaps i want a federal Europe. Do you not understand the concept of 'opinions'? because it certainly looks that way.

Keep your trash out of threads which is nothing to do with what your posting. This is about the labour leadership, and who people would want. not discussing the wrong choices people are choosing, as again, PERSONAL OPINION AND PREFERENCE.

I dont care for UKIP, and wish that almost every post that i read of yours didnt include it, but they do. It gets monotonous, and boring.
You aren't a politician though are you now, I can't believe you are arguing over what I call the former PM.

Err no, you said "do i really want someone who believes that we should leave the european union running this country? no. therefor i do not vote UKIP." - not worded very good, infact if you read it as how you say you have wrote it - it doesnt make sense. If you want a federal Europe then thats your opinion yes, but its high time everybody in this country got to express an opinion on this matter rather than being told we are going to be allowed to express an opinion, then being lied to as Labour did in their 2005 manifesto. So again my point stands, why would you support a proven liar?

This is about the Labour leadership yeah, and i'm discussing it at length which you don't seem to like which suggests to me you don't really have a real response, you are taken aback somewhat - hence why you are telling me not to post in this thread.

As for UKIP, you brought it up first in this thread - I didn't mention them once until you did, the only mention of UKIP was the video name and I cannot change the name of the video I posted now, can I?

    Here is the first point at which UKIP was mentioned in this thread;

"no. therefor i do not vote UKIP" - and who posted that? you did.

I have said my bit now anyway on the Milibands.

So? Its still the same. Hes known as tony, not once have i heard any news report call him antony? Or at least the majority call him tony, and so everyone knows him as that..

then you are a completely derf if you dont understand what it was saying. To me, it reads the same as i write it, which is:

Do I want us to be part of the European Union? YES

People voted in the election, and they get what they voted for. Other than the proposed PR, theres no other way it can be combated. I am for PR, just so you know.

Im just going to ignore that, as its clearly not what you do. youve trashed everyones reason for picking who they want, and i dont think you gave which one you'd pick..

Take the other thread for example.. and yes, which is why i said ALMOST every post. Please, read before you type..
