im startin to download WoW cause it got wiped with my old comp and im in the middle of downloadin updates and patches i think and its not movin it stuck on 39% HELP! +REP to anyone who helps me

Do you mean on the launcher it's stuck at 39%? if so maybe it's still downloading the patch. Click the "Downloader" button on the launcher.

some patches take foreverr to download
just give it time

Yeah sometimes depending on your pc/laptop and even connection it takes long, never has for me but does for some.
