good luck mate you will need it i got safety banned and have e-mailed them to ask it to be lifted on several occasions done all the things i need to do and yet still no account back and im 'banned' until 2017 as well......... its not fair and they dont answer the phone i have tried!!!! on several occasions :s and they call it a place of work yeh what ever!!! :p
