I got the Saturdays bit on the side from their website and I just stretched it across to 980x1080 or what ever size my screen is. Then I got the picture of the girls from google and I just edited the background out, made it invisible and stuck it on the blue background lol. I've got another montage type one but I need to add to it.

Haha thank's David! It isn't that bad for a quick creation lol. It also happens to be my forum background image and it seems like I've just got the forum on my desktop at times
